• 00:00 - 01:00: Pick up at the meeting point (hotel, station, or airport in Banyuwangi). 

• 01:00 - 02:00: Journey to Paltuding (Ijen Crater climbing post). 

• 02:00 - 04:00: Preparation and trekking to the peak of Ijen Crater.

•  04:00 - 06:00: Enjoying the beauty of Ijen Crater, including the blue fire phenomenon (if lucky) and the view of the sunrise. 

• 06:00 - 07:00: Back down from the peak of Ijen Crater to Paltuding. 

• 07:00 - 08:00: Rest and breakfast. 

• 08:00 - 10:00: Journey to Baluran National Park. 

• 10:00 - 12:30: Arrive at Baluran National Park, enjoy the beauty of Bekol Savanna and the view of Mount Baluran. 

• 12:30 - 13:30: Lunch. 

• 13:30 - 15:00: Explore Bama Beach and mangrove forests. 

• 15:00 - 16:30: Return to Banyuwangi and drop off participants.

• Physical preparation before climbing 

• Use the right equipment such as a thick jacket, gloves and trekking shoes 

• Protect yourself from sulfur gas by bringing a gas mask or buff 

• Arrive on time to start climbing around 1-2 am to see the blue fire

Welcome to CV. Semi Gandrung Rahayu! By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or using our services.

1. Definitions

 * CV. Semi Gandrung Rahayu Tour Travel: Refers to the open trip service provider.

 * User/Participant: An individual who accesses the website or makes a booking and participates in an open trip organized by CV. Semi Gandrung Rahayu Tour Travel.

 * Open Trip: A combined travel package open to the public with a predetermined schedule and destination.

 * Trip Package: Details of the trip, including destination, schedule, facilities, price, and other terms as listed on the open trip offer page.

2. Booking and Payment

 * Full payment must be made at least 7 days and at most 3 days before the departure date.

 * Down payments (DP) and full payments are non-refundable if the trip is canceled by the participant for any reason.

 * Down payments (DP) and full payments are non-refundable if the participant changes the departure schedule (reschedules) for any reason.

 * Down payments (DP) and full payments are non-refundable if the trip is canceled due to unavoidable conditions (Force Majeure), but participants may reschedule their departure.

 * Down payments (DP) and full payments will be 100% refunded if the participant registers for the trip 14 days before departure, subject to applicable terms and conditions, OR the participant may reschedule their departure if the trip is canceled by CV. Semi Gandrung Rahayu Tour Travel (due to insufficient quota).

 * Participant funds that are non-refundable (for registrations made less than 14 days before departure) will become a dormant balance for 3 months. If this dormant balance is not used by the participant for a trip within 3 months, it will, unfortunately, be considered forfeited.

 * Participant cancellation must be made at most 7 days before departure.

3. Schedule and Facility Changes

 * Schedule/Route Changes: CV. Semi Gandrung Rahayu Tour Travel reserves the right to change the trip schedule and/or route at any time in case of emergencies, Force Majeure, or other matters that could endanger participants, while prioritizing participant safety and comfort.

 * Facility Changes: Facilities listed in the Trip Package may change to adapt to field conditions without reducing the promised quality and standards. If there is a facility replacement, CV. Semi Gandrung Rahayu will endeavor to provide an equivalent or better substitute.

4. Participant Responsibilities

 * Physical Health: Participants must ensure their physical and mental health is prime and that they are capable of participating in the trip activities. Participants with a history of certain illnesses must inform CV. Semi Gandrung Rahayu Tour Travel and bring their personal medications.

 * Personal Equipment: Participants are solely responsible for their personal equipment (clothing, medications, cameras, etc.), and their loss is not the responsibility of CV. Semi Gandrung Rahayu Tour Travel.

 * Adhere to Rules: Participants must comply with the regulations applicable at the tourist destination, as well as instructions from the guide or CV. Semi Gandrung Rahayu team during the trip.

 * Maintain Cleanliness: Participants must maintain the cleanliness of the tourist destination environment and not litter.

 * Attitude and Etiquette: Participants must maintain good attitude and etiquette during the trip, respecting fellow participants, guides, and local communities.

5. Limitation of Liability

CV. Semi Gandrung Rahayu Tour Travel will strive to provide the best possible service and ensure the smooth running of the trip. However, CV. Semi Gandrung Rahayu Tour Travel is not responsible for:

 * Loss or damage to participants' personal belongings.

 * Accidents, injuries, or illnesses experienced by participants due to their own negligence or beyond the control of CV. Semi Gandrung Rahayu Tour Travel.

 * Changes in schedule or route caused by Force Majeure (natural disasters, bad weather, access closures, riots, etc.) or government policy.

 * Delays or cancellations of transportation (flights, trains, ships) that are beyond the control of CV. Semi Gandrung Rahayu Tour Travel.

 * Unlawful acts committed by participants.
